These ongoing educational webinars, led by industry experts, are specifically designed to address challenges like these facing the oil and gas market. 

**On Wednesday, September 9, Cinco Energy’s CEO and Founder, Randy Nichols, will speak alongside Chris Reagen of Haynes and Boone in a one-hour live event**. **Randy Browne, also from Haynes and Boone, will lead the discussion as the duo dives into:**

- How to maintain your leasehold when shutting-in or curtailing production
- McGirt v Oklahoma and its implications on oil and gas interests in Oklahoma 
- Other valuable insights and practical tips related to current conditions
